The Pizza Bianca AKA The White Pie is one of many gems from this South Salt Lake pizza parlor. Owner Ricci Rondinelli hails from the East Coast, and it shows in every bit of this perfect pies. The Bianca comes with a trio of quality cheeses – mozzarella, pecorino and ricotta. From there, Villaggio add on garlic, olive oil, red pepper, fresh basil leaves and a drizzle of balsamic.
This pie comes in both a small 14″ version for $19.50, or a late 18″ for $23.50.
