With Spring ever so slightly leaning into Summer right now – this is one of the most drinkable beers in Utah right now. Heck, I think this might be my favorite session Spring beer.
The beer follows a national trend away from overtly bitter IPAs towards the hazy, unfiltered Northeast IPA style – more fruity, more smooth, less aggressive with the hop overload. There’s a ton of citrus flavor here, all the more surprising given that’s all from the hops, there’s no added fruit or flavoring.
The 5% ABV means it’s relatively sessionable and available outside of liquor stores too.
