I’d argue these might rank as the best chicken wings in all of Utah – they’re THAT good. The battered and fried wings come to the table arrestingly-crispy; piled high like a jenga tower failure. I guarantee they will instantly hush any conversation at the table. They come spritzed with Thai basil, jalapeno and garlic, plus a judicious flurry of salt to offset the heat.
Eight pieces are priced $13 and I’d happily pay double. My secret tip? Ask for extra garlic, basil and jalapeno, and get ready for a riot of flavor. As far as I’m concerned they put most restaurant wings to shame.
