Tod man pla – or fishcakes – are a delicious Thai appetizer and done very well at Mano Thai in South Salt Lake. White fish is minced with a variety of vibrant Thai spices and seasonings, then deep fried. Sharp lime leaf is a dominant flavor. Four fish cakes come to an order and are served with a sweet side sauce with cucumbers.  $7.49.
