Mussels bathed in a variety of broths are a staple at this downtown bar. In the dish pictured above, plump mussels are cooked along with fennel and nduja, for an aromatic finish with a slight spicy finish. Big, thick buttered toast comes on the side, because you’ll want to mop up every last drop.
