Carson Kitchen – hot dog burnt ends

This whimsical dish isn effectively a plate of sliced sausage doused in sweet BBQ sauce. The sausage (which didn’t taste like hot dog per se to me, more so sausage) features a BBQ glaze and High Brow ranch. Pickles and toast come on the side. $14.
